3. Orders & payment

4. Shipping

Delivery methods and timescales are described on our Delivery Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Warranty & returns

Hardware is genuine and covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem, contact us and we will help resolve it. Due to their nature, ECU file services are non-refundable once delivered.
